We smoke all of our meats with Oak and Hickory in a unique, center fire reverse flow smoker. Our chicken is grilled over hardwood charcoal. You will taste the quality and Love we put into our food in every bite!!
On May 8th of 2018 I opened a little BBQ shack next to the local liquor store called 50 West BBQ. You could barely see us from the road, there were very few places to park, and virtually no seating, yet we still had an amazing season and I (Josh) could tell that going all-in was the only option. Just down the road was a vacant lot that looked perfect for my vision of a nifty little BBQ stand. I purchased it in December of 2018, Broke ground by April 2 of 2019, and we had our grand opening on June 7th!!! Since that day, we have worked to continuously improve our products, fine tune our processes, and adapt to sometimes overwhelming demand.
